I wear it out when I go shopping and have even been able to nurse him while shopping without anyone being able to tell!If its on my shoulder right it really is lite..again it just took a bit of patience and practice.I would recommend this to any new mommy who wants to have her baby close or who has a needy baby who just wants to be held.It really allows a lot of freedom.I even use it when sitting down to keep my hands free.Its been the best thing for my son and I!
