(More customer reviews)This is a badly designed product in my opinion (I am a product designer myself so speak with a certain amount of expertise). The first time I tried to put my 2 1/2 month old baby girl in it, the latch scratched her stomach. Even if I was not totally comfortable doing it - no baby product should ever scratch a child especially when a child has to be moved in and out of it. After several times of her crying at the sight of it (maybe she associated this carrier with the pain of the scratches) I managed to get her in quietly. I went for a 10 min walk and came back with a lower back ache that still lingers after 1 week. My baby was not super comfortable in it either. Her arms are stuck in an awkward position and she seemed really stiff rather than relaxed. My daughter is in the 99th percentile for height and weight and I am a tall and big person myself so both those may factor in to how this fits us. I certainly don't recommend this product at least for big people or big babies.
