(More customer reviews)Buyer beware!I was totally happy when I first bought this product because it was more comfortable than others I tried.However, when the baby arrived and we started using it, I noticed that my baby's head came really close to the prongs that are designed to adjust the height of the shoulder harness.As my baby got older and started to be able to control neck and head, the same prongs actually scratched his head in a number of places - coming dangerously close to his eye.I returned the product and purchased a Baby Bjorn, which has a much better design on this part of the carrier but is not as good on lumbar support.
